“The food didn’t taste bad. The mashed potatoes and green beans were really good. The deviled eggs were some of the best I’ve ever eaten. My tenderloin steak was very much under-cooked. They forgot my wife’s whole order and didn’t even seem too concerned about it. The price point was about what we expected and the atmosphere was as well. It’s in the stockyard area so don’t expect some quiet, elegant establishment. It’s noisy and has a party vibe but that didn’t bother us at all. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience ever but I probably won’t go back.”

Dinner on Friday was the rib steak, seasoned and cooked perfectly, so much so we shared this with the cook. Two days later, chicken friend steak for breakfast, again amazing. The decor was so Stockyards, a must visit!!”

We ordered the Calf fries, a dry aged 16 ounce steak, wine, buttermilk pie, and coffee. The atmosphere was quiet and intimate on the night we were there, perfect since I am hearing impaired.”

The new full kitchen will be open soon, but we were lucky enough to be invited to a special event and it was nothing short of amazing!!! Everything is fresh and hand made, this was one of the best meals I’ve had in long time!!!”
